Make Sure Your BRAND Inspires Your Employees!

Join us to hear Karl Speak who will explain how Internal Brand Building, used as an internal business strategy, can allow you to harness the power of your employees to build stronger relationships with your customers. Most people think of brand just in terms of logos and taglines but at the core of every strong brand is an organization that is engaged and passionate about the way its employees make a difference for its customers.

From this talk, you will gain: a contemporary and practical perspective on internal brand building, a framework to engage employees to live the company’s brand by consistently demonstrating behaviors congruent with your company’s brand values, and insights into how to use brand to drive your company’s objectives. The brand on the outside is only as good as the brand on the inside.

Karl Speak is the author of Be Your Own Brand and president of Brand Tool Box, which helps global clients to design and implement internal brand-building programs so they can unleash the power of their brands inside and outside their organizations. Visit www.brandtoolbox.com to learn more.

Return on Customer

Join us to discuss Return on Customer, a recent work by Don Peppers and Martha Rogers who kicked of the CRM revolution with The One to One Future in the mid-90s. Return on Customer explores how to create shareholder value more efficiently by concentrating on customer metrics. By paying close attention to the return on customer metrics, companies can improve their profitability, grow revenue, and defend against market swings while building long-term enterprise value. During part of our discussion, Martha Rogers will join us by phone to answer our questions.
