The Hill Library provides Document Delivery services for items in our print or electronic collections. Document Delivery is available during 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST, Monday through Friday. Requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Typical turnaround time is within 2 business days. We will provide faxed copies from our print resources, and in some cases we will be able to e-mail the information to you.

For non-HillSearch Members, charges for each document with exact citation are $20 for the first 25 pages, 25 cents for every page thereafter. Inaccurate or incomplete citations may result in additional fees. Document Delivery fees include most applicable copyright royalty payments. If copyright for a specific request exceeds normal limitations, we will contact you for approval. We are unable to fulfill requests for documents that are not covered by the Copyright Clearance Center. You will be contacted for billing information before delivery of your request.

HillSearch Members receive free Document Delivery within reasonable guidelines, up to 24 requests per year. To take advantage of this member benefit, simply enter your HillSearch Member username below in the appropriate box.
