In a family business the overlapping of complex issues can often twist and turn until there is no clear distinction at all. Leadership and management meets are influenced by family dynamics; and Thanksgiving because a rehash of the last board meeting. Untangling these issues so that we can successfully address family issues and we can successfully address business issues is a critical aspect of success for a family business.
