The Hill Center for Ethical Business Leadership is a division of the James J. Hill Reference Library, a 501(3c) non-profit organization.  The Center is privately financed through sponsorships, donations, and fees for services.   Neither the Hill Center nor the Hill Library receives government funding for operations.

The Hill Center is committed to helping organizations prosper through a strategic commitment to ethics and social responsibility.  The Center, along with the Hill Library, is likewise committed to serving small businesses and entrepreneurs.  These leaders drive the heart of America's economy. More than 75% of all new jobs and 50% of all new revenues are generated by small businesses.   Helping these businesses do the right things, commercially and ethically, helps the broader community.

The Hill Center serves non-profit organizations, as well, with services and resources that support effective leadership as well as alignment of mission with sustainability.  Increasingly, these organizations are called on to do more with less, and to sustain their mission-oriented activities with fee-based services and products.  That requires sound strategy, creative execution, and talented leadership, now more than ever.  The Hill Center helps non-profit service organizations achieve their goals sustainably, for the good of all.
