Leadership Working Group
Organizations need more than motive and strategy to succeed: they need creative, capable, committed leadership to realize their vision and achieve their goals.
The Leadership Working Group is a peer group to help its participants learn, grow, and achieve their goals. Members can participate in:
- Monthly meetings to build skills and knowledge. Participants read and discuss selections from the vast leadership literature.
- Problem-Solving Sessions on Demand. Members may convene a meeting at the Hill Library, at their workplace, or by teleconference to discuss problems in a confidential environment with other members.
- On-line discussion site available 24-7 (coming soon)
The Leadership Working Group is free and open to anyone. Click here to view the flyer.
Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of every month.
