The Hill Library is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and is privately financed through a modest endowment, memberships, sponsorships, and donations. The Hill Library does not receive any government funding for operations.
For nearly 100 years, from its historic location in St. Paul, the Hill Library has provided the Twin Cities community with world-class reference library services at no cost. In recent years, entrepreneurs and businesses world-wide have taken advantage of Hill Library's free or low-cost online programs providing access to premium business information as well as the expertise of our experienced library staff.
